Idnet-Wow

I have been with the mighty Z-n for a month or so, I must admit that their C/S is great and i did not think that anyone could beat it. The only downside with them was my download speeds which were not what they should have been. I know this called be a Z-n or BT problem but i decided today to give Idnet a call today to see what they were like. I could not believe how good their C/S dept is, very friendly and helpful. And IMO better then Z-n. I will stick with Z-n for a couple more days to see if my line does improve then i am off to get my Mac code.
One last thing i know some of the staff from Z-n vist their forum what about Idnet staff do they vist here ?

Sorry to ask again but do any of the Idnet staff vist here from time to time. I would just like to know that if you a a problem here they might keep a eye on it.

Look for posts from simon_idnet. You will find he often answers queries on here, also Tim. I have even had a phone call on a Saturday afternoon from Simon when there was a problem.

The phone is answered in 3 or 4 rings, e-mails are usually answered in the day, often within the hour. Customer Service and friendliness are the big plusses with IDnet.

The IDNet team also keep tabs in the Independant User Forum (see sig for linky)
