IDnet - Tops for Customer Service!

My connection has been dropping in the early evening for the past week or so, eventually reconnecting. Today it dropped about 3pm and is still down.
E-mailed IDnet at 5pm, 30 minutes later a phone call from Simon to explain that there is a major BT problem. Made me feel quite guilty as broadband is not an absolute essential for someone who is retired.
