Thinking of moving to IDNet

I am due to get my MAC Code from my present ISP and will be glad to leave. Poor Customer Service and other problems.

IDNet is at the top of my list to move to but can anyone tell me:

1. Can I pay by Direct Debit (I like to have some control)
2. Is there any free Web Space (No mention on their website)
3. Not that I use them much but is there Newsgroup access (not too worried about this one)
4. Do they do MAC Codes in and out (one ISP I was with took them in but not out...never again!)

Any other comments you might wish to make about IDNet which might help my decision would be appreciated.

None of the above should be seen in a negative light. It does what it says on the tin.

1: No: Direct Debit?
3: No and actually there are NO free NNTP servers worth talking about and if you do miraculously find one then don't tell anyone about it!

Ok, there are a few read-only text servers and there are even bandwidth limited binaries servers which last for a limited time.

But, if you want good retention, full posts as opposed to incompletes, write access, high speed, and you manage to find one or two for free, then ...
