My connection went down this morning from 7:08 until 7:12, then again from 8:06 until 8:15. I'm hoping (trusting) that that was Simon at work installing and configuring the hardware.

I'm afraid that the work is ongoing - it's proving to be more tricky than anticipated. Will let you know when we get the all-clear.
