Customer Account login problems?

anyone else having problems trying to login to their customer account area?

i haven't logged in for ages, but i'm copying/pasting the same login info from the same place that always worked in the past.

Tried different browsers, different XP accounts and MTU should be ok at 1460

i've even got intermittent problems getting to http://www.idnet.net
can't even get the status page atm
i was getting to the login page at one time, but now Firefox just says waiting for www.idnet.net

all other sites loading really fast,

been trying for an hour..

I'm getting:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

The RSS usage feeds aren't working either- timeout.

before, it was just hanging..

looks like i picked the wrong night to login, think i'll leave it for tonight

Seems to be back in business now.

At 0750 this morning I couldn't connect to www.idnet.net either but a few minutes later I could and even managed to log in to my account, so, intermittent is certainly the word for what's happening.
