ADSL2+ (or whatever the up-to 24Mbps ADSL is called these days) has been around in many countries for quite a while, including parts of the UK which are lucky enough to get LLU providers. So how come BT, as a late-comer in this market, has teething problems with something as simple as an ordering system? Why can't BT just copy existing technologies and systems from other providers and copy the business model from other countries, kind of a short-cut to current technologies? No need to re-invent the wheel. But then again, this is BT, not a normal telecom company ...

We all agree with your concerns and observations but IDNet have no control over those problems. They can only deal with the situation as it stands.
It is appreciated that you need to air your thoughts but please do not aim your complaints at an ISP that is clearly attempting to do its best under the circumstances.
