I have just migrated in from enta.net because I was not happy with the wildly varying speeds. I used to get anything from 6meg to 2meg depending on the time of the day.
I have been with ID net about a week now and my speeds are very poor.
2 speed tests show the following :
Date 27/07/09 21:11:24
Speed Down 1443.72 Kbps ( 1.4 Mbps )
Speed Up 374.61 Kbps ( 0.4 Mbps )
Port 8095
Server speedtest1.thinkbroadband.com
Date 27/07/09 21:14:00
Speed Down 1817.04 Kbps ( 1.8 Mbps )
Speed Up 376.99 Kbps ( 0.4 Mbps )
Port 8095

Any advice on what to try to get the speeds back up or what the problem could be?
Ping speeds are not great either.
