You can use your entire monthly allowance off-peak if you wish.
That's interesting... so my allowance, which is quoted as 30GB peak, 60GB off-peak should really be quoted as 90GB, of which 30GB may be used in peak hours without incurring extra charges?
It's sort of given like that on the web page, but could be clearer...
I suppose Bill, the 30+60 in the marketing world does have a greater impact and makes comparisons easier. However the way you have worded things is the way I should have asked my question, you're far clearer
So it looks like I'm on the same package and I have about (according the the IDnet meter, which could be jazzed up a bit!) 21GB Free PEAK & 19GB Free OFF Peak. When i saw that I did wonder if those allowances had to be use exclusively in their respective tarrifs. But from now what I gather, the above figures could also equal any OFF PEAK usage of between 19GB to 40GB using the above figures.
EDIT:-
Actually this is part of teh usage Alert Email i've just received from Idnet:-
Your monthly allowance is 90GB, 30GB of which can be used during the Peak Hours of 9am to midnight and 60GB of which can be used during the Off Peak Hours of midnight to 9am.
Which sort of reinforces the seperation between the two allowances.
