Migrated to Idnet a couple of weeks ago and so far my experience has been very good. Support both by email and phone has been good and speed is also good.
Glad to hear you're happy with iDNet. Why not hop over to the iDNetters Forum. Although it's not an official forum, it does have close links with iDNet support. Any service problems get reported there as well as on the iDNet status pages. A very useful resource for anyone subscribing to iDNet.
