Email failed this morning, now sort of working but some email being bounced back! IDNet status page shows nothing.

You need to talk to support, unless you're using smtp.idnet.net there should be no problems with sending. The bit of the error report they need is just after the section of the message you quote.

I'm using smtp.idnet.com and the error report is:

Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Whatever that means!! I will contact support, thanks.

Edit: It was the other end, nothing to do with IDNet but emails in or out failed first thing this morning, kept asking for passwords.
