Me to.
Phoned Idnet support and am awaiting a call back, which (if previous experience is anything to go by) will never come!
Can anyone see the current Service Status page? It times out trying to reach it from my phone.

Showing Good Service across the board. I had no e-mail access at 7am but everything seems to be up and running again.

All working for me now. Outlook reported mail went down after 2am collection. I don't know how you can better such a prompt next working day repair unless you're going to pay for a dedicated SLA. It's as good as I've found from any provider, including the Microsoft business services.

I understand there was a problem with a router which cut off access to the database server, so customer logins, including mail, could not be verified.

Thanks Rik. Anything to do with the failure on Sunday?
