Banned from IDNetters

Hi,

Just changed to a fixed IP this morning and tried logging into IDNetters to get:

Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!
Repeated spam attempts.
This ban is not set to expire.

I suspect I've picked up a historical problem with the IP address I am on. Could someone contact the admins at IDNetters and see what can be done please.

(Edit: Was this on migrating in? I thought all theirs were static.)

How about their support email/ticket support. Or even a phone call?

What are the Support hours?

Support via phone is available 24/7 however some queries may only be able to be handled during our core office hours of 8am � 6.00pm Monday to Friday

IDNetters is managed by our users and not IDNet directly.

I have passed details of your problem on to them.

I get the same problem too intermittently. It clears after a few hours without reconnecting, though I sometimes have to pass the "prove you are not a robot" simple addition test..

Being an ex-IDNet customer, I was already aware that IDNetters was a user driven forum.

There was too aggressive an IP address range block on the site that was intended to catch a certain foreign ISP's IP address range, had also managed to catch an IP address range registered to Tiscali/TalkTalk.

(Their) Simon's adjusted the spam filter setting and it's all sorted now.

Because I couldn't get into the site, this was the only mechanism I could think of to contact the IDNetters administrators.
