I'm with IDNET and noticed the same on my BQM graphs My BQM

I contacted idnet via e-mail in late november to report the packet loss and got no reply on it.
I contacted them this week and they told me they would only raise it with Zen if they had more info, bearing in mind there is a couple of posts with people complaining about it on here.
2 Years with idnet now and i'm not sure that paying extra is really worth it because the last few weeks support has been poor.
I might try Uno if they also offer 30 day rolling contracts.

Uno do appear to offer 1 month contracts and you have a choice of BTW or TT backhauls. However, after many years they still don't offer IPv6. Soon as they sort that out I'd move.

Yeah it's tricky. I've generally had a good experience with IDNet but they have their poor moments. I remember the first time I was with them when it was mostly my persistence that got Simon to track down a misconfigured LNS that was causing single threaded speeds to be throttled to 10Mb/s.

And I left Plusnet to come back because I was fed up with having to fight to get Support to take issues seriously (plus it was embarrassing telling my technical friends that I still didn't have native IPv6). But I don't want to pay any more and I do believe that IDNet care about their service I just think we have to get through first line support.

But it's close to the point where the only thing holding me back from a change is lack of choice and the hassle of reconfiguring my domain.

Slightly better here but still seeing occasional short spikes.

Is anyone else finding it a struggle to run the TBB speetest? Mine fails most of the time with error code 1011: (server may be busy).
