IDNet outage

For info, IDNet appears to be down for some customers as of around 8AM this morning (Wednesday).

Came on here to check. Can confirm mine has been down since 8.30.

My connection was down for a couple of minutes. Quick reboot seemed to sort it.
First outage I've had in the last 12 months or more.

It has just come back up. It's been off since around 8am.

Mine went down (authentication failure) at ~08:45 but came back up on its own a few minutes later.

Off in North Northumberland 08:48 - 08:58.

Getting a little fed up happening too often. I seem to be one of the "multiple customers" most of the time when this happens...

My net has been on and off but currently stable when posting this

My idnet account shows the following info, so they are working on it

Broadband - ADSL/FTTC/FTTP
We are currently investigating an issue affecting multiple customers causing loss of connectivity.

Further information will be provided as soon as we have it.

Me too, I'm always included in the affected list

Wondering if this might be Zen related again, as IDNet have posted an update saying it is a power issue at a data centre. Zen also have posted their Managed hosting is down due to power issues which started at 8am. Of course it might just be the kit is in the same data centre.

Update, definitely Zen again, they have posted an outage at one of their core sites. Glad to be leaving IDNet and Zen very soon as my contract is up.
