@AndyK7 I'm in the same boat as you, got my email on the 1st March to say I'd passed AC and I'm still waiting for my phone call. I did email and they said I'd probably be looking at a September start but till I get the call it's not definite. I think it just depends on what area you live but like you I'm dying to get my call lol.

Hey guys,

Just joined and was doing some research on Openreach and came across this thread. I to have recently applied for a trainee Openreach Engineer I was given an video interview to do and have today now found out I successfully passed that that part.

Iím now on tier 2 and awaiting to find out if Iíve been selected to go to an assessment day.

I'm in Dumfries, from what I can remember seeing on here everyone who has applied in Scotland and passed the video part is still waiting on a date for an assessment centre, myself included. I imagine they will all run somewhere in the central belt and some of us will have to travel. Checking this forum and my emails about 10 times a day. Hoping I'll not be in this position for too much longer and at least hear either way! Fingers crossed eh!

just waiting for start date call too, did you email back the HR person who emailed you about passing the AC or just the standard recruitment email?
