Help Recovering Lost Files

Accidentally Trashed some very important files. Backup3 restored some but not all. Is there anyway I can restore files once they have been deleted via trash?

If you just trashed them then they are still in the trash. Open it and retrieve them.

If you deleted them using Unix commands like rm in Terminal, or using an application other than FInderr, or by deleting the Trash, then you would have to try to recover them using a disk recovery utility. It's painfully hard work, as all directory information is gone, and so you have to work out which files have been recovered, whether you want them, and what they should be called. Try these for starters.
