Question for the elders

[link to this post]

This is a question for the oldies who remember Mac OS before it was shiny...

My grandfather has purchased a small MP3 player and would like to 'rip' some of his favourite CDs to his Mac so he can transfer the songs to his MP3 player. He is using OS 8 or 9 (can't remember) on a Power Macintosh G3 (Blue & White). Does anyone know of any software which will allow him to 'rip' his favourite CDs to MP3?

Fetler.

Namaste.

iTunes is indeed the ideal, but if it struggles a bit due to low ram and proc speed etc try Moreamp, it's free and is updated regularly.
