Draytek Router and Draytek Syslog Issue

In the past I have had the Draytek Syslog program receive data from the Draytek ADSL Router (Vigor 24500V) thus giving me a log of network activity.

However I have changed machines gone from PowerPc to Intel and to 10.5.x.

The Syslog program is described as a PowerPC program in the Info box, but with no option to use Rosetta.

Is any one else using a Draytek ADSL outer and if so does the Syslog program work.

Yes. I have it working with no problems. I am using a Vigor 2800VG with an Intel machine running 10.5.6.

When setting it up I had to change the Destination Port from the default 514 to 1999. It has worked perfectly ever since.

I have now got it running again - the Preferences option is greyed out when the monitor is running - and it is in the Preferences section I had to change a value or two.
