Printing from Windows to Mac

Up until recently (ie today), all Windows machines have been able (via Bonjour) to print to the iMac (10.5).

I've recently re-activated Airport (and unplugged the ethernet cable), and whilst the printer is still shared (I have also de-activated and re-activated that), all machines fail to print with "Operation could not be completed. Access denied"

Bonjour (on Windows) always finds and installs the printer driver but I cant use any application to print - it always fails. Most of the time the printer icon can't be selected.
