MacBook RAM

I've got an urge to stick 4GB RAM in my MacBook instead of the 2GB it came with. Any recommendations where I can buy it from? Here's the stuff on the Crucial website, but I wondered if I could get it cheaper.

Also, is it worth getting 4GB? I don't really do much to push my MacBook hard except for if I'm playing Football Manager (which is quite intensive). What are the benefits?

I use Kingston RAM from have had no problem with Lambda-Tek.

I'd personally take a look at Mr Memory too. They are very good, we stopped using Crucial due to their very erratic delivery times, even when using Special delivery.

What is it currently fitted with? Is it 2x1GB or 1x2GB? A friend recently purchased a 4GB upgrade but when we went to install it we found that it was originally supplied with a single 2GB module so he only needed to have purchased one additional.
