ML 4600 Printer

Samsung ML 4600
As we have progressed thru versions of OSX I have gradually lost the ability to continue using the full range of facilities on this great little (but sadly old) laser printer. The Gutenprint drivers seem to be the the only ones available now. Does anyone know of a driver or a method of regaining the full use of this printer.
