Couldn't find it listed under Navigon's Apps on the UK store.

the transport for london site will produce maps for cycle trips.
http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/user/XSLT_TRIP_REQU...

select where from/to in london, and scroll down to select cycle.

ok not iphone app or gps,
ps I agree openstreetmap is useful too
