No to the Lightning chip. My opinion.

Lots of nice shiny toys though.. it's all too much... to resist.. ..ARGH!! wink

Indeed, the savings pot that matures just before Xmas may take a hammering...

1) new Mac Mini to replace current media centre (a mini with only a single core Intel) as I want to be able to stream satellite feed
2) new iPad and relegate v3 to SWMBO/ kids

3) 2nd satellite decoder to record and play at same time re: 1
4) lots of new lightning adapters to work with old chargers!!!
