Will CS3 work with 10.8?

Hi all,

I have just purchased a used copy of CS3 Master collection and was wondering, would I have any problems running it on my iMac?
The specs are as follows: 12Gb RAM/500Gb HDD/i5 2.5GHz/10.8.2

I found that I could run CS3 on 10.8 - but I could not install it on 10.8.
The first experience obtained by updating a machine with CS3 from 10.7 to 10.8

Note - this is only my experience.
