Selling my Macbook Pro (advice not advert!)

I'm selling my 2011 MacBook Pro and I do not know the value as soon after I bought it I managed to dent the top left hand side. Apart from making me cry, the actual computer works fine.

Any idea on price?

Cannot help on the price, but don't you have any cover for items like that on your contents insurance.

I did not at the time and the unibody MacBooks are great in that they just don't break. The downside is that to repair it they have to replace the whole thing (and Apple wanted £700+ at the time).

I sold it for £620 in the end (on Gumtree).
