FileZilla on an Apple

I'm helping a friend set up her website and FileZilla would be useful.

Having absolutely no knowledge of Apple products, I'm stuck since there appears to be two different FileZilla's for Apple as can be see on their download page:

How do I find out which to use? Also will it be a case of clicking the correct one and following the screen prompts similar to Windows?

Depends on the Mac. If it's a PPC one then use the PPC version (the second one); if it's an Intel Mac use the first one.

Ah, thanks for that. I assume that there is a Control Panel like thing which will tell me, or maybe an Intel sticker underneath if it is Intel?

Click the Apple icon in the top left corner and select "About this Mac".

That should tell you what you need to know.

If I open that page on my iMac then the one of the top 2 options that I need changes to a download icon while the other stays as a link. I do not know whether that is clever logic or just luck.
