Apple TV (New One) & DLNA

Anyone know if the new Apple TV will support DLNA natively without the airplay workaround?

I don't know about native support but there's no reason it could not be supported in a third-party app. Plex have already announced they will support tvOS.

I know it never worked natively on the older models.

Yup 3rd party apps great, if Apple allows it.
