Wouldn't this be better in
Security Issues or
General Chatter?
No matter... when this was first mooted there was some mention of a little app that would run in the background and visit websites at random, say 5 per second, but without downloading anything it didn't have to (so as not to hammer your bandwidth too much).
Anyone heard any more of it?
