Problem setting up Wi-Fi hotspot on an iPhone

I am trying to set up a hotspot but when I try to connect I only get secured no internet on my windows laptop. I have reset the network settings on my iPhone but still cannot connect.

Any ideas?

Has your provider given you the capability to use the hotspot feature?
