A couple of big changes in the latest overnight updates in macOS 12.3 + iOS/iPadOS 15.4

I'm really keen for this to arrive.

Doing any web development etc. can be cumbersome with a single screen sometimes (and I don't always fancy going to my office to plug into the dock to use bigger screens).
The ability to make the iPad my second screen would be great.
