Apple Mail Rules

Hi
does anyone know how I can add a "rule"--(or anything else) that I can do to mark blocked emails as "read" and moved to bin ?
The standard set of rules don't seem to do it .

There is a Mark as Read action and a Move to... action.

Not clear what the difficulty is.

Settings >>> Rules (Preferences is you are still pre-Ventura)

Thank you--I will try that but I'm having difficulty with what phrase to use to enable the rule to identify a blocked sender

Creat a Blocked Sender group in contacts and refer to that.
