FREE Dell Inspiron Duo - with 3UK

Three are starting to give away Dell Inspiron Duo on 2 year mobile broadband contracts. I've already got mine.

They DON'T GIVE AWAY ANYTHING, rest assured that you PAY for the laptop and more over the period of the contract. They do get the laptops cheaper, but that's because they are not good spec and/or are not selling well.

Not entirely true. 2 years ago I got the brilliant brand new model of a Samsung NC10, superb little Notebook which I love. Contract ending now but I've been very happy with it and would recommend something like this to everyone. The NC10 was a top seller at the time and has very good spec.

The offering three have would cost you £797 over 18 months (including the £50 upfront cost.
The usual cost of 5gb data is £15.99 per month.
£797 - (15.99 x 18) = £602.64

The current retail price of the duo is £472 which means that not only are you paying for the machine , but that you are paying £130 over the odds for it.

Well I got mine two weeks ago when I phoned up to cancel my 5GB £7.50 month dongle I was offered Dell Duo 5gb data and 200 texts a month for £15.00.

He also offered the iPad £199.99 up front or galaxy tab for £49.00 up front so when he said the dell duo would be free thought that would have been the standard price to everyone.
