Broadband Dongle - Anybody supply PAYG???

I had a vodaphone dongle that allowed me to use the credit when I wanted, it took me around 6 months to use £15 worth. Now they have seemingly stopped that and now introduced PAYG but with limits on how long you have to use your credit.

Are there any other suppliers who allow you to use the credit when you want?

If you still have the old dongle it should have the same conditions ie You only have to connect every 180 days to keep credit. New dongles with 30 day expiry came in December 2009.

I can confirm that if you have the old dongle (the SIM anyway) then you can still get the open ended deal (I still use mine). Just top up as you would have done before.

There was a requirement to use the service once every six months, I'm not sure what your position would be if you had allowed that to lapse.

I don't know of any current deals where the topups are not time limited.

I'm pretty sure I saw on the 3 site that they have a 12 month PAYG data sim..

Here - 12GB for £51 odd, valid for 12 months..
