List of Wi-Fi hotspot provider in UK and EU???

I am travelling quite frequent this day and looking for cheap Wi-Fi provider in UK and EU.

As far as I knew, there are BT Openzone>Orange>The cloud>Boingo

Does anyone know other provider or any recommendation?

Starbucks and McDonalds provide free wifi in their "restaurants". I think O2 give you free BT Openzone access. I think Sky own the Cloud.
