T-mobile broadban question

A small question. With t-mobile pay as you go broadband, is it really unlimited with the £15 top up? I know they throttle after the 1GB limit.

Have you got a link to these SIMs?

You can get a PAYG SIM from T-Mobile and with some credit buy 6 months worth of Internet for £20 with their PAYG Booster packs.

I believe the allowance is for 500MB/month for downloading but "web browsing" is unlimited. So it depends what you're looking for really.
There's an interesting clip on YouTube about T-Mobile data by Darren from HAK5 while he was visiting the UK.

I believe Darren wrote some code which was later used in Stuxnet.
I haven't tried what he suggests yet but I have OpenVPN on my Android and all of the traffic could be sent through port 80, so maybe there's something in it.

I'm using 3 myself but have a T-Mobile & GiffGaff PAYG sims for emergency backup.

And thanks for the video but I am hardly going to take advice from someone who does not know which one (Britain,England or the UK) describes our country and then tells everyone how to cheat our networks.

Watching the video I thought he knew what they were, but was trying to cover all the bases with other US citizens who don't.

Many US people I've met ask "why do you keep renaming your country?" - sigh....

Not really what I'm after. Really looking a temp solution, until my home broadband has been sorted.
