Three retentions

My 2 year contract is up with Three. I'm happy to stay with them but they are not budging on any retention discount at all. I want to go to SIM only, and the best they can do is £15/month for 12 months but charge my last bill at £15 instead of £36. So I suppose that does work out at about £13/month which definitely isn't bad.

Anyone got any better?

Depends what sort of plan you want doesn't it?

Yes. They dropped mine to the lowest at the time. £9.90pm monthly contract.

They really aren't helpful or easy to talk to at Three. They don't do anything to make you want to stay ... they just make it difficult to leave.
