TVlicensing.co.uk does NOT work on mobile connection

Works fine from my iphone on O2. What mobile are you using and which operator? Have you tried it with the mobile connected to a broadband connection to see if it is the carrier or the phone?

works OK on EE 3G dongle (and worked OK when I paid a few weeks ago)

Using T-Mobile prepaid SIM in a Huawei E160 dongle.

Still get blank page in both Firefox (with No script, but it doesn't even load / show any script),
and IE10 (having made sure cookies are allowed).

Used someone else's land line BB to do the bizz,
but still curious why it does NOT work ?
