Vodafone are ..... CLOWNS!

With my County Councillor hat on, I just telephoned Vodafone to find out whether a specific site is currently active on 4G - I used the telephone number printed on the Vodafone cubicle which then presented me with a menu. (I had the site I/d number to hand)

I chose what seemed like the best choice in the sub-menu and was connected to a lady who denied being involved with Vodafone. When I told her how I came to be connected to her, she said that, well - she did work for Vodafone, but left two years ago......

So much for the menu telling me to listen carefully as the menu had recently changed...

Ask Vodafone on their eforum. If you give the site reference they will happily confirm.
