Three/O2 price 5-year freeze promise

In an open letter, Fok said the combined Three-O2 mobile network would freeze prices for consumers of voice minutes, texts and data for five years following completion, promising that any cost-efficiencies achieved post-acquisition would be passed on to customers, and like-for-like bills would go down.

Easy to promise a 5 year price freeze when you've just doubled your prices I guess.

If you read closer into the statement it wont stop them putting the monthly price up, just the calls,txt's and data etc used outside of the allowance.

sounds more like your 12month deal had expired

i still have my discounts on my account £18 (£2+£5 rolling discounts), maybe they are targeting high data abusers my data is norm under 20-30GB a month

anyways i think i will try this vodafone 50GB sim offer.
