What limits? They are bandwidth capped but I am sure they now allow tethering. Also, EE have phone over WiFi whereas BT don't. Not sure if data is somehow rate limited for BT - EE sell a "double speed" 4G and I don't think BT do.

4G is capped at 30Mbps

and £4 a month extra to unlock double speed.
