Orange T-mobile SIM

I have an olc HTC Desire OS 2.2 with an Orange T-mobile PAYG sim.

Added APN to use data; seems to work however having trouble tracking sim useage.

Firstly EE advise adding their app; Playstore says app incompatible with device.

I topped up £10 on 22/10/2016 and have used phone very little; just tests really. Today told £0 credit so added another £10.

Using add-on.ee.co to try to track useage but, after several hours since top up still showing £0 balance.

What is my best option to check my balance?

Phoned 450 a got full information; use 453 for uptodate useage.

for the balance on my EE/Orange PAYG, my 'book' says dial 453,
but I haven'r tried it recently.

If that sort of usage persists, you can either try to find out what is bleeding it, or sign up for a contract - I thinl that then you have better facilities

May be you need to check IF your Internet Data (assuming your Smart Phone can support that) & any data auto-updates are enabled in your Setting using your Payg SIM credit as well.

Just a thought as I had that trouble once even I made NO telephone calls!.

Should have explained. Told as phone not used for over 3 months balance was removed to stop others using it. After my call old balancd reinstated.

Must remembef to at least make ocassinal texts; phond really for emergency use.
