Huawei B525 anyone?

[link to this post]

Hi folks. Anyone out there using a Huawei B525? I've just invested in one (using an EE SIM), but it doesn't seem to be loading an IP4 stack. I've set the APN to orangeinternet following advice from EE, but still no go. Firmware is on 11.232.05.00.07, and "on-line" update is failing (I suspect due to no IP4). I can't find any source for latest firmware on the web in order to do a manual update.

If your SIM is actually a green EE one then use the word:
everywhere
for your APN name.

The Orange one you have was replaced in 2012 when 4G arrived with the EE branding.

Otherwise have you checked you have signal?
