4G mast implementation - EE go-live date

[link to this post]

A 4G mast is being built in our village (remote part of Highlands) which will be operated by EE. It will also form part of the emergency network so has a dual use
Going from 0.5mb to 50-100mb for 4G LTE will be a revolution for the area

The construction is due to complete by mid-August when it gets handed over to EE who will then commission the circuit (we have contacts with the construction company so have been kept up to date on construction, power, fibre connectivity etc)

How do I find a contact in EE who will manage that commissioning so we can find a planned go-live date?
What does a typical commissioning timeline look like?
Were trying to set expectations within the community but it would be useful to get an idea whether it could be Autumn this year or Spring 2020

No idea how you would find out internal information, most companies are quite protective. At a guess try @MarcAllera or @EE on twitter.

If the mast is being built with any public funds (government money) it MIGHT be open to the other operators to use as well. You could find Three, Vodafone and O2 are also installing connectivity.

You could try asking at EE Community , closer to the horse's mouth but you'll be unlikely to get an answer to co. confidential info.
