EE 4g Speedtest, Stansted airport

Had this the result a few days ago. Was wowed. I guess CA with no active https://photos.app.goo.gl/wmX9fq7Vi4nfgaiJ9

On EE due to the 20 Mhz of Band 3 spectrum, if the location is quiet you can see high speeds. In high demand areas EE can then add a second 15 Mhz of Band 3, for CA - before they then look at adding any Band 7 options.

Good speeds

Band 7 was added in 2017, as with many other high demand sites across the east.

According to cellmapper they also added 15MHz of band 1 at Stansted last month so it's now 80MHz total across 5 carriers (not including band 20, which is also used there).

Not surprising at all for an airport location. 80 Mhz on 5 carriers works really well on a 5 CA device, need a fairly recent phone for that. (hardly any tablets of 4G MiFi type units / home routers support 5 CA).
