Three Home-Fi Rebooted your router today? How many times?

Just thought I'd post a quick question. I'm up to 7 times today so far, constantly slow at finding webpages since 12pm today for me. Managing 70ms latency currently!

Had any text notifications of mast work in the area? I often get such.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

None, not once have I received any text's from Three. "No problems in your area, nothing to see here!" is the response I get.

I get that from them too. On Sunday connections where a little stop/start. No weird pauses today, but speeds are lower than normal at about 7Mb down and 3 Mb up, it can stay like that for a couple of days and then goes up to 10/10 or 20/15.

PlusNet Unlimited Fibre an unreliable 3Mb
Three HomeFi 15 to 20Mb.
Gigaclear FTTP 100Mb TBD

Its the same when three's network goes completely down. "Nothing to see here, the sun is shining ! everything's working fine!". They are more than aware that their network is grossly under invested, is unable to cope with existing customers and is falling apart, so they're clinging on to the customers they can with everything in their robot PR arsenal regardless.

"our 5g is so good! It's the best! Must sell! Must sell!!"

If only they cared so much about their existing 4g customers.

Surely having customer service people to register problems would be how the status page works...

From what I understand Three got no customer service at the moment.
