Three customer service backend down since wednesday

[link to this post]

I assume i'm not alone in being told that the entire three CS backend is down. They are unable to issue PAC codes, deal with any form of billing query, complaint etc. The chat is following standard Bot patterns and getting stuck in a 'Use MyThree', that isn't working, 'Use MyThree' loop.

Heyho

A quick google shows they are still active on Twitter, but as you say can't do much. The google did (amongst other stuff) come up with https://twitter.com/ThreeUKSupport/status/1266662883...

How that works I'm not sure, and might not be much use anyway to you.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, sites and mail hosting - Tsohost & Ionos.
Connection - Three B311 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up. 1+ 8 Pro max 80Mbps down, 24Mbps up.

Considering how good Three's customer service is when its up and running, I doubt I'd personally see any difference.

Are you not even able to get a PAC by texting PAC to 65075 from the Three number?

If that fails then write to them using snail mail - they replied to me within a week when I wanted a cheque for a credit balance (they no longer had my old bank details)

Nope. Says there is a system issue when you try (I was planning on moving to EE this week).

OFCOM guidelines stipulate........

When a customer calls to obtain their PAC code, it must be provided immediately over the phone or by text message within two hours. The time taken to port a number must also reduce from two working days to one working day. This applies to all UK mobile network operators.

I'm sure if I take it up with OFCOM that they'll sort it right out.

Just a wild guess, but I reckon you said that with a touch of sarcasm Andy.
