Sky box on EE not working - advice please

Hi all

I have just moved from three to ee.

I assumed that the sky on demand would still work and all I have changed is the sim in the mifi I was using .

Wondered if anyone on here has had the same issue? Grateful for advice !

My next steps are to check content block isn’t on the ee sim in case that is the problem. I did read on the sky forum it could be a mtu thing but my mifi doesn’t let me change this - although if folks have done this and it fixed it then I’ll invest in a router that does !

Alternatively wondering if it’s a cgnat issue ... anyway hoping someone has already found the answer
