My EE account has gone *poof*

Started getting spammed to buy a S23 on text messages so went to login to turn marketing stuff off.

App no longer asks for pin but instead asks me to register.

Website says my password/email combo isnt valid.

Forgot password link sends no email.

All signs there is no longer an account? Have EE recently had some kind of customer database problem?

Email address was wrong. I must have changed it some time ago.

yeah, they got a new system now, where have to ring, then fill in form, then ring again, it detects you did form and puts you through.
