This page says it is LTE Category 12, and just below the front picture it shows "DL 3CA, and UP 2CA" which means it can aggregate 3 bands on the downlink (from mast to you)
https://www.ztedevices.com/en/products/mobile-intern...

This page says Category 12 can do 2 or 4 carriers, this is Carrier Aggregation
https://www.cablefree.net/wirelesstechnology/4glte/l...

This is a good start, but without testing, unless sold by the network you are using, you can't tell if it will aggregate the right bands, or if the mast is configured to aggregate.
