Mast Database no longer work

Is this map no longer show anymore of any planned work? This site seem stopped working now.

It stopped when bidb.uk stopped showing detail of roadworks. The guess is that the site providing the data wanted money.

This site shows planned road works in including new mast installations, just not mast repairs.
